Due to the auction-based nature of Sunday Bazar, our refund policy is strict to ensure fairness, transparency, and trust among users.

1. No Refunds for Bids

Bids are final and non-refundable. Once you place a bid, you cannot cancel or withdraw it, regardless of changes in your decision.

2. Refunds for Won Items

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Item Not As Described: Significant discrepancy between listing and received item (e.g., damaged, wrong item, not functional).
  • Item Not Received: Seller fails to deliver within 7 days of payment confirmation.
  • Proven Fraud: Evidence of intentional deception by the seller.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide clear photos, order details, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your case within 5 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after winning an auction
  • Failure to pay on time (results in loss of item and potential penalty)
  • Minor differences in condition (unless misrepresented)
  • Buyer remorse or budget issues

5. Dispute Resolution

All refund disputes are reviewed by our moderation team. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive refund claims.
