Welcome to Sunday Bazar, a weekly auction-based marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Weekly Operation

The Sunday Bazar marketplace operates only once per week, typically from 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM every Sunday. All product listings, bidding, and transactions occur exclusively during this time window.

2. Auction-Style Bidding

All items are sold through competitive bidding. Key rules include:

• Bids are final and binding once submitted.
• You cannot retract or cancel a bid after placement.
• The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.
• In case of a tie, the earlier bid takes precedence.

3. Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts or using automated tools (bots) is strictly prohibited.

4. Winning & Payment

If you win an auction:

• You will receive an email notification.
• You must complete payment within 48 hours of winning.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or future bidding restrictions.

5. Item Pickup & Delivery

Winners are responsible for:

• Arranging local pickup, or
• Paying applicable shipping fees (if offered).

Items are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated in the listing.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Place fake or manipulative bids
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Use scripts, bots, or automation tools
• Harass other users or disrupt the auction process

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country/state. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
